We should place bets on how long it takes for the empty coolers to fill back up. You must throw them out!

Yeah, that's a little bit bigger than my travel humidor. Be careful! Cardboard doesn't hold up well to humidity.

Just kiddin'! Beautiful set up. I too am jealous. Showed my wife, she said I can get one like that when I move back in with my mommy.

Women just don't understand!

Cigars for us,

Is like shoes for them.

Dang. I just got my first 25 ct. humidor. It's full, with more cbid wins on the way. I showed this to my wife - who still thinks I'll save money on this site - and she said, "You couldn't even smoke that many in a year." I said, "Exactly."

This truly is a thing of beauty.

Dayum, and you list other humi's/furni-tu-dores as well. Off to look at my 40ct and tupperdor in n00b embarrasment. Better than the 20ct from (competitor that begins with a t reference) I used to have with dried out dog rockets back in the day.

Emptied about 7 tubs and 3 desktops IIRC. Accumulation of trading/buying/bombing over the years. I was really hoping to get more of what I had in it honestly but ended up filling it pretty well and still have a 1500 count endtable with isoms, a 300 count free standing and one 100 count desktop. Most all are pretty full. Over the years I slowly try to just keep/hold/age only the cigars that I really like and feel I would smoke (if I live long enough!). I probably have less than 50 cigars that I feel I realistically won't want to smoke at some point.

Point of interest (or maybe not)..........I am into smoking mostly all "aged" cigars but rather than paying extra money and being subjected to only what's available, I chose to buy and age myself. I do the research on a given cigar, it's profile, etc., and take an educated guess as to if I will like it (if I haven't had it before) and how it might age. Then I buy. Usually won't touch a box other than to open it and make sure it's in good shape, for 2+ years. Right now I am smoking stuff from '08 & '09 and 98.2% of the time am very happy with what I smoke.

Very smart. I smoke too many to save a lot right now but at some point I will probably start doing what you and others here do. I think buying boxes is the key. I really only bought singles for the first couple of years but trying to start buying boxes now.

Ok, per some requests, here is what it looks like filled. I am still doing a little moving around and probably will for a while. Love the singles bins at the bottom right. They are on slides so it's easy to slide out to fill or choose a cigar.

The second shelf from the top is actually set flat. I had a whole bunch of the cedar trays that were filled so I set a row of trays long ways across the back of that shelf and then set the trays you see tipped up on top of them. There are actually 9 trays on that shelf, not the 6 you see.

Now it's time to Beer

Now take a pic of yours instead of the whole you snatched off the internet to feel like a hero. I have seen that pic before as someone else posted it in a group.

I'd be more inclined to think that whoever showed you this pic in another group, claiming it as their own, stole it from knokmdwn rather than the other way around. Based on how you've acted thus far coming into the cbid forum, I wouldn't doubt if your "group" (birds of a feather) weren't a bunch of egotistical blow hards living vicariously through other people's pics. I imagine the cbid forum is something new that you're doing to pass the time during breaks from World of Warcraft with your group.

Man............this guy is such a phuckkin d o o o s h. I would post of pic of me standing in front of it giving him the finger but they probably wouldn't post it.

I read on the other thread that he says he's ex-military. I doubt that highly. Anyone that was in the military and is over 30 years old would have more respect in the way he talked to total strangers on a public forum. Dave, I think you hit the nail right on the head. Kind of reminds me of Tapout.

Hey dumbasss.............I was probably smoking cigars while you were still picking your nose in the 5th grade. I just have no respect for anyone that is so high and mighty in his posts to total strangers.

Ok, that's not really true. I have no feelings. They were all worn off when I spent 9 years in that Turkish prison.
