It's all what you make of it (ie, hamburger becomes steak tartare, mound of of road apples reveals a pony surprise, etc.).

I just find it ironic that this story only comes out the day after the election.

Not that it would have mattered here in NY anyway.

make stuff up much? no one serious suggested that and my guess is that is something vocalized more by the Rs than the Ds

why can't we find something common to rally around.... like how we all hate Canada?

The only plus I see with Osamacare, I live very close to the Canadian border and they come here for their procedures. Now maybe we won't have to wait so long....Oh wait nevermind.

Have you ever really studied the Canadian health care systems (yes they vary)? Not my cup of tea but interesting. Some are better than others.

there have been attempts and some have come closer (there are multiple systems in reality) than others. There have certainly been all kinds of issues that have required all kinds of modificaitons and there has been some horrible outcomes at times....... its not all roses thats for sure

one of the more interesting components of one provinces system used to be a cap on services a provider could perform. the result: the docs would perform tons of them as fast as they could and either take the rest the year off or cross the border and practice here. Don't know if they ever changed that. It's been awhile since I really studied it.

then there was the one that made it illegal to perform services not covered by the provincial plan. ie they could not take private funds for additional services and additional insurance was strictly verbotten...... NICE

Raise the question to ANYONE living in a Canadian border city...the hospital parking lots are LITTERED with cannuck plates. If it was so damned good there...why are they paying out of pocket in the USA?

Think
