I THINK WE OWE EACH OTHER RESPECT, I THINK WE SHOULD CARE FOR ONE ANOTHER.

THE GOVENMENT COLLECTS TAXES AND USES THE TAXES TO ASSIST THOSE IN NEED,
INCLUDING BUILDING ROADS AND BRIDGES,

IF I KNEW WHAT SPECIFIC ISSUES YOU ARE TROUBLED BY I WILL ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.

His question is a rhetorical one. He already has the answer in his mind even as he really pretends he's looking for answers from others. He wants to argue. His party lost the election. Like many others of his ilk, his head is ready to explode because of that.
