Is this why he is letting Putin have Snowden and will not not scramble jets or even call about getting Snowden back?

I'm glad Hussein was re-elected. Sometimes you have to break it completely before you can repair it.
Another Bush lite would have meant more duct tape patch ups and ointments on the cancer.
