While You Were Distracted, Obama Signs Executive Order
07/18/13

This affects all Americans aged 15+.

While the media and alternative media was focused on the Trayvon mob circus shows across the country, Obama was signing an executive order requiring all Americans be HIV tested from age 15+.

I'm glad they decide not to call AIDS "Gay Related Immune Deficiency Syndrome" like was originally planned.

It takes the stigma off all of your people that should be tested for it.

Too bad that is not what the order says or does.

Reality aside I am outraged.

Compared to Obama, Bush was a lite weight. If you can't see that, then sadly, you've been blinded by your own ideology.

I can't count that high.

I disagree with Obama at least nine times out of ten on policy, but that's fine--the masses, for one reason or another, voted him in. That's democracy (or technically a democratic republic). But what ticks me off is when he does not respect the system. His executive orders are out of control, and his TOTAL lack of respect for the Supreme Court and its members outrages me.

Through our *democratic* system, Obama was elected into office, and because of that, the millions who voted against him have to endure his term but should at least respect him as President. Time for him to do the same for the system that elected him.

With, the IRS controlling obamacare are they going to tax you less/more if you are HIV+. Or will they audit you? Probably NOT audit you because the GLBT is part of his base.

are they wanting a Government database on those who have HIV so they can tack you? And ration your healthcare. What a waste of money to HIV test everyone....should only test those at risk...ie those with the risky lifestyle behaviors that culls lead you to contract it.

I agree with much of what you wrote.

But, I am not nearly as ticked off as you seem to be about executive orders and I don't see them as disrespectful to the scotus, which is basically charged with interpreting and applying law that comes from the legislative and executive branches. Instead, executive orders fly in the face of the legislature, which doesn't nominate the law in the orders (as bills).
