Ok, an interesting dilemma.
So, I'm going to Costco, which is in a shopping complex. In this shopping complex there is a 4-way stop. While sitting at that 4-way stop, there is a man standing on the corner with a sign looking for a handout. Sitting behind him were a woman and two kids. I browsed the sign, noticed it said the he had a family, and so I assumes that the two kids and the woman behind him were his wife and children.
Likewise, the wife pulled out her breast and started feeding her one child (an infant) on the corner.
They did not appear to be natural-born citizens of the US. My thoughts were that they were foreign nationals. This is based strictly on their dress.
A pickup came along next to them, and after some conversation, money was handed to the guy with the sign. So it appears that the guy was accepting money.
So the question is: what would you do?
Do you offer them money?
Do you ignore them?
Do you offer them help to find work?
What would you do?
