It still manages to say it's not their fault and continues the whine fest.

Not all of them were raised by former hippies and they are working and making a go of things. Others come to the workplace expecting to be entertained and show zero interest in doing actual work. The latter are nearly impossible to get fired up about working and accomplishing anything.

It's been my experience that every generation thinks the one that follows it is not as "good".
Goes back to our agrarian/hunting beginnings.

I'm sure that folks raised during the Great Depression thought their yuppie kids were lazy, pampered, unmotivated, degenerate sob's w/formal education but little common sense. Perception is not necessarily reality.

True, and there are plenty of exceptions doing fine work in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Maybe. But the Gen Xers that followed my generation when compared with the Milenials, they are the Greatest Generation.
