Getting back on the OP's original assertion/question, I'm expecting the Repubs to make slight gains in Congress. Some seats will be replaced by Tea Party candidates however- especially in the Senate. All good news for Mediocrity-in-Chief because the status quo will be largely maintained. Incumbents usually take a bigger beating about this time and the Republicans are their own worst enemies (note McLame, Lindsey, McConnell, Boehner, & King- all pure political whores). If they only had party soldiers with HALF the heart of a scheming Schumer, wacky Debbie Wasserman Shultz, or sleazy Weiner... instead of political prom dates with their Republican granny drawers around their ankles by the third dance.

Well he did raise some taxes, er, I mean "fees", expanded Government, and granted amnesty to over 10 million illegals.
Lousy father to his kids, especially the half a **** dancer, but I still loved him anyway. The Great Communicator destroyed the Soviets, confronted muslims, and promoted domestic business despite initiating the transfer of factories and technology which later was exacerbated by clowns & brought our current malaise.

I call it a malaise because it hasn't hit hard yet. IMHO the actual death spiral begins when paychecks stop, networks crash, and foodstufs dwindle or dry up. Many folks are going about their day to day activities thinking poon, sports, braces, refinancing, and magical vacations. The illusion is healthy and robust despite foreclosures, sequestration, and ongoing omnious images of far away muslims wreaking death and destruction.ThumpUp
