I am America!

I am the American Dream! You know....to grow up in a middle class home, get an education, and live a middle class life in spite of the government.

I left the secure confines of an upper class existence with parents when I was young for a "ghetto"- actually to strike out on my own but at banker's wages wotcha expect?. Ghetto it was- Culmore in Arlington, VA. More like lower middle class actually. Drafter, should have looked you up while I was there.

Perhaps, HD, but you are also pictured as the American nightmare who exploits these days. Sorry.

Arlington VA is a super-rich county. As are the other VA counties across the river from Washington DC.

You're a 1%er in disguise! We're gonna exploit you when we tax you to death.

I love jousting with you. Arlington also had a few pockets of poverty as well- closer to the Bailey's X-Roads (miles from the base close to Rosslyn). That's where I found my hole in the wall with floorboard heat. Think the rent was about $149/mos back then. Couldn't get food stamps because I made too much ($6.500) and didn't lie Btw, there was a large (and growing) illegal population there as well.

Worked my ass off, got mis-married, and the rest is history.

Yeah yeah....you had to suffer with only a 2500 sq foot house while everyone around had 5000 sq foot.

We see through those rags you're wearing! Fricking rich people.

Yeah, I feel like Louie Anderson especially when I'm playing catch with my youngest.

The all you can eat buffet folks must tremble when they see Drafter roll up his sleeves.
