The Eastern States Exposition is held each Autumn in West Springfield Massachusetts.
On the fairgrounds are permanent replica State Houses from the 6 New England states, and within each are a variety of delicious foods from that state.
The Maine Statehouse serves up a great Baked Potato with all the fixins, and invariably results in a large slow moving line.
Many years ago I witnessed a fist fight that broke out between to (ahem) gentlemen that disagreed on who belonged where in line. One guy was with a young family. The other guy was with his sister/girlfriend (he looked Mississippian).
It was funny.
And those potatoes were not likely to be as good as the picture above.

If you go to the "Big E", go the the Rhode Island state house and get the Quahog chili.
