Should congressmen and senators have term limits?

I was thinking about president Obama's attempt to remove the term limit on his office. That lead my train of thought to the grid lock issue.

My thought is that term limits would lessen grid lock by forcing change and lowering the need to be elected time after time.

Terms should be like the president. Two terms of fours years and ur done forever!!!

However, if I may be frank for a moment, some of our representatives are damn fine public speakers and a credit to their races.
Oh hell, I've changed my mind (they're sooo cute when they give speechies). Let 'em stay forever if they want to! Wee little people need to be governed.
