A question......why is Steve's hat covering his crotch while reckless is holding a cigar in his(Steve's) mouth?

On the other hand, it is nice to put faces to names. I see Harley is wearing a Harley t-shirt.....kinda like a name tag.

Im holding a lighter but it does look suspicious. Cigar I explained already it basically went like this
