Yeah bibles, blankets and saddle soap stopped arrows just fine.

Actually, blankets probably stopped more arrows than all the guns combined. Viva biological warfare!!!

Meh. You were advocating eugenics by "winning the west" with guns.

I advocated efficiency.

I don't know why Victor is so opposed to any of us getting guns I like my guns.

The Wildwest was much safer because everybody had guns.

When you guys have these debates about guns I'm always surprised no one brings up Australia and what happened over there after they passed a weapon ban. If someone has I didn't see it and apologize. Once they banned the semi auto's and pump action shotguns crime in general and gun crimes in particular went through the roof after 50 years of steady decline in all crime across the board. The scariest number for me was the home invasion number which rose by 21% immediately after the ban went into effect. The criminals no longer feared breaking into a home even while the occupants were home because most likely they didn't have a gun and the criminals did.

YESSIR!!! And that subject Alone should be an adequate argument for ANY would be Gun Grabber Stephen, what I can't / don't understand....is why those who ARE so vocal and adamant about wanting our Right To Bear taken from us are almost always the ones who live in Gated communities.......Protected by armed individuals!!!!

They just don't want to have to fend for themselves.....that's all there is to it.

If that traumatizes you, then we should never drink heavily together. You won't survive. :)

It still all boils down to a very simple question.

Why is Victor so against our right to have bare arms? I would think it would excite him.

Ah... then I must change the sentiment...
If that traumatizes you, then we should never rent the movie "Down Under DrafterX". You won't survive. :)
