Russia and China have killed more American spies than Cuba ever did. China also killed more American soldiers in Korea than Cuba ever did (Cuba's total is one (1) spy plane shot down during the Cuban Missle Crisis.) But we do business with Russia and China. Those missles in Cuba were Russian Missles and we "forgave" them. So what's the big deal with Cuba? We continually do "business" with totalitarian regimes and have done so for many years. All of our allies, including NATO members do business and have diplomatic realtions with the Cuban regime. What has the embargo accomplished besides making us look foolish?
