Israel has been our ally forever. It is a sad day when we undermine them. Their only offence is trying to survive. I hope our next administration does right by them.

We? I don't consider the Obama administration as part of "we." Fringe socialists with an agenda that doesn't have anything to do with what "we" have stood for, for years.

It was an end run around the office of the president. Take Obama out of the equation. I think it did more harm than good, that is why I think it was the wrong approach. Just my opinion though.

Cobra, you are correct, by using we I meant our country. Not our president or his administration.

Gryphonms, that wasn't a precedent......Pelosi did that a few times and nobody crowed about it. Also Soetoro sent a crew of lackies to Israel to work for Bibi's opposition during an election. That is a MUCH bigger wrong than the POTUS not having a say in a foriegn dignitary speak to congress.

You misunderstand. I do not have a problem with what he did. I just hope it does not hurt Israel. I probably should have stated the title differently. What I meant was it was wrong to give the talking heads anything to put a negative spin on. Hope I am making sense.
