Isn't it by now? I honestly thought they were done with the implementation?

What the hell else do they have to do to it?

Meh, it's never going away now. Not a single politician saying they want it gone is actually willing to accept the political fallout from getting rid of it.

The best we can do is find a way to make money with it. Invest in insurance companies or something.

Non starter for me. Do not listen to him, care about his viewpoint, or pay attention to what he does.

Exactly, this thing may get modified, but it's here to stay. Too much of a windfall for the insurance industry. Theey will spread plenty of campaign cash around to make sure it's never repealed.

When will everyone learn that this country is controlled by industry, not the grass roots taxpayers.

Not just that, it's politically unkillable. Think about it, if it's repealed you're guaranteed, just by the sheer number of people in this country, that someone who has a good media face will be seriously hurt through the repeal (think some kid with cancer who's parents can't afford his leg transplant so he'll never play soccer again... or some bs like that). All it would take is one good story, and it'd be attached to the politician who spearheaded the removal. Political suicide.

They will continue to posture and pretend they want to repeal it, because their base will vote for them if they say they're going to.... but a smart person would look at the 50+ times they've "attempted" to repeal it and realize that if they were actually serious about wanting to do it, they would only do it when they had a chance to succeed.
