Those fittipaldis are a steal. If you guys have not tried them I highly recommend. Full of peppery goodness. Smooth and flavorful. And all less then 2/stick.

I loved this week, had to work, (nights), got alot of great deals, cause you guys were either eating turkey, watching football, eating turkey sandwiches, watching football, taking tums, eating more tuckey, watching more football, etc.

For example got 5 vegas torpedoes for $6.00, next day some dumb-dumb was paying $11.00, lol,.

I had "Order Disorder" for about 6-9 months, 3+ years ago. Good news is you'll have cigars for what seems like an eternity!

"Seems" like an eternity? Has anyone seen Timinator's cigar ROOM? You'd know the meaning of "eternity".

I'll have to borrow my post from another thread on this forum:

"That's a symptom of Havanamultiplicosis.

One day there's a few. And even after steady smoking, there's always more.

Your bank account mysteriously drains, your family leaves, your mind thinks of nothing but cigars.

The cure is to send 3 cigars to everyone on the forum. I guarantee you will no longer suffer from this dangerous affliction."

There...now that I covered it again...send those cigars out....you need salvation!!

TIP: Always check retrail price on CIGARSINTERNATIONAL.com, the parent company of cigarbid before bidding to assure that you do not go over retail value.

Deathray,

I purchased the humidor about 2 months ago, the picture does not do justice. Friends and family that come to house and notice, compliment how pretty it is and none of them smoke.

I left cbid a few months ago because of the very affliction you folks are now suffering. It did give me an opportunity to try several cigars before I bought boxes. It also introduced me to rookie, mr mean, coaco, crimmins, slim and the rest.

It also taught me there are a lot of really cheap, bad, really bad, extremely bad and down right horrible cigars that are available.

Haven't posted in a while but i did bid on a few boxes and samplers this week.

Culley, thanks for the welcome. It was not the article in Forbes. I did a google serach for Cigar Auctions and it led me to: http://cigars.about.com/library/weekly/aa040101a.htm.

Deathray, thanks for the tip. I will definitely check it out. I was trying to go back and forth with cigar afficianado, but they didn't have everything that was up for bid.

How accurate are the product descriptions on CB generally?

product descriptions are OK, but just realize they are trying to sell you stuff. if it says "great outdoor smoke" or "poker smoke" or "yard smoke", run as fast as you can, that is salesmen jargon for dog rocket.

I usually stick with big brands, but there are a FEW really great boutique brands out there also. just know what retail price is.
