Any cheap Gurka - consistently disappointing

For true consistency - a Macanudo Prince Philip Cafe or the OR Camacho Corojo.

I can't recall ever having any issues with a Padron. I have had a couple issues with Fuentes, nothing major enough for me to talk chit about them...

But Padrons have always been consistent.

As HNixon said, I don't recall ever having a problem with an Oliva V either, they've always been consistent for me as well.

Have had a few issues with some of their lesser lines though.

I am relatively new, but so far in all my sampling, I keep coming back to Macanudo Cafe Gold Bar. A very nice even burn, pleasantly mild flavor and aftertaste. Also, you have to love the individual coffin box that pivots the cigar up and almost hands you the goodies!

Torano exodus torpedo, consistently terrible construction! 98% out of a box I bought 18 mo. ago tunnel straight down the center. Completely unsmokable.

For a singular cigar, for me it's the Fuente 8-5-8 Maduro.

Yeah, I confess, you're right. I sprayed fire retardant on them hahahahahaaa. I doubt gasoline would have made those suckers burn. After several clips and relights it just gets to be too much trouble considering they're a pretty one dimensional smoke anyway. I'd give them away but I'm not that mad at anyone right now. Been smoking cigars nearly 30 yrs. and these are the worst.

As far as the most consistent GOOD cigar I'd have to agree with most on here that the Padrons (all) are very consistent. Can't recall ever having a bad one and I've smoked many. Sorry for hijacking the thread earlier.

Edmundos?
I'm surprised. I have a half box sleeping. I think from 08 or so. I've smoke a couple and they were complete air balls.

I flipped for these when they came out in '04. Not sure how many boxes I've gone through.

The description of those is hilarious!

As for the original question, I'd say Pardon Anniversary. I've smoked so many of those and never once had a bad one.

For me it would've been a Nub Habano 460 but I finally got a dud the other day. It looks like their QC is not up to par as it's been.

Nick's Sticks Sungrown - always peppery, spicy goodness - and Montecristo Espada. Love both and never had a bad one.
