Fuentes seem to always go for too much $$$$$ on cbid.....though I admit i haven't looked for 858 SG.

MAP has killed the good deals on Fuentes (...and Padrons...) on all of the bid sites.

WTH, I may just impulse buy a box of SGs now...(...even if I don't have the space for them d'oh! )

How does the 858 SG (never had) compare to the AF magnum SG (had many times)? Sounds like one I need to try. Had the regular 858 of course.

IMO the 858 SG is a little stronger (not much, might just be in my head) and the flavor is a little different.

The Magnum has the Rosado wrapper on it, a little bit more twang in the flavor, maybe a little sweeter.

I like them both, they are both smooth.

I'm not that good at picking out notes, but I know what I like :D

Hope that helps... probably didn't.

Good buy,
These are the 858's with the black band at the foot, they are truly a great smoke. Darker wrappers, much nicer flavor than the regular 858's. Have a few boxes myself and they are excellent!

Zody sent me a few 858 black foot Sun Growns and all I can say is Wow, it was great. I would go for 3 or 4 boxes of these, they have moved up on top of my list. Herfing
