years ago in order to get into parker arizona and water ski on the lake. everyone young was stopped. the road was a two lane highway and the arizona police waived families and adults through. cars were searched, people were required to have id's, it was profiling at its finest. it could take two or three hours waiting in line to get through. many a person peed in his or her pants while waiting.
it stopped the flow of trouble makers and general all around problem people.
