Obama administration will ask SCOTUS to overturn ruling. Now it gets interesting. I have felt from the beginning of this illegal immigrant situation Obama has overstepped his authority.

Supreme court can refuse to hear it.. If they do hear it they'll prolly side with Obama... just cause... Mellow

This is just one of his many "oversteps" in circumventing the Constitution.

We have moved from a representative government to decisions decided by the SCOTUS- That likes to make law.

Article V- Using the states to amend the Constitution is the only way out of this centralized government mess.

I heard on the radio this morning that if the Supreme Court took it on now they would have to make a decision by July of next year... will be interesting to see how it plays it out... If they take it on... They can leave it as is.. Mellow
