Hi guys!

Started trading on here and it looks like my crummy little humidor is going to fill up right quick. I'd love to get a larger, nicer humidor and I'm hoping to trade some of my steel or glasswork for it. Here are links to my website and (ugh) Etsy shop so you can get a look at what I do:

www.bigpurplebarn.com
https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheBigPurpleBarn

What I'd really love is something like one of these:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/270271285/the-ww2-50-ammodor-tactical-ammo-can?ref=shop_home_active_2
https://www.etsy.com/listing/267345105/the-fat-50-with-tray-ammodor-ammo-can?ref=shop_home_active_4

But, I'm open to looking at whatever humidor you might want to unload. I'd like space for anywhere between 75-250 cigars. Get in touch and we'll figure something out!

Best,
Harvey

Coolidors are a bit big, from what I understand, and space is a significant concern for me. The humidor has to fit on a shelf or under a low bed without issue.

I'll bet there's a Rubbermaid and/or Sterlite container that fits under a bed. They both make containers with a good seal. In fact, I've got one that seals too well...I need to make sure I open it up once in a while...especially after charging the beads

Yeah, you don't need anything fancy, it just has to be functional. Kinda like dating fat chicks.

Line it with Spanish cedar if you want to get fancy.

The mini-fridge I converted is working well. Oddly, there's no more room. Weird how that happens. May need to break out the Tupperware again.

Don't tempt me, Corey. You'll end up with a mailbox full of Perdomo.

Noted, although I'll say I'm not sure Perdomo does a great maduro. Other than the occasional champagne noir, I tend to go elsewhere for them. I'll see what I've... I mean, I'll let my friend know that...

No doubt. I'm running 2 desktops, a 50 count travel and the aforementioned frigidor. And no space.

My budget won't allow for that many cigars for a long time, as much as I want it to. I think this is the first time my little 20 count has been full! Maybe I'll end up with one of the DIY humidors, the cooler or tupper or whatever. We'll see if anyone decides to trade!

Keep with it. I buy a lot more than I should. I also smoke more than I should. In my experience, the DIY are as good or better than the "nicer" ones. I commadeered an unused mini-fridge from my boys (formerly a dorm refigerator) to replace three large tupperdors. All worked like a charm. Inherited one 150 count desktop from an old fraternity brother, and bought a 300 count a few years ago - spent a lot (for me) but it's been perfect. I'll likely go for a big cooler next.

However, if you can work a good trade, more power to you.

By the way, the ashtrays look very cool.

So let me get this straight, you're reason for ot wanting to go cooler or tupperware is that you're budget won't allow for that many cigars?

Sounds like the tupperware or cooler is exactly what you need. . . (and more cigars of course. . . )

I haven't done a humi rade in a while. I'm sure there's some stuff in the bottom of my cooler(that I bought for 17 bucks at walmart and fits nicely in my closet) that a noob would love. . .

Think Think Think Think

Yep. I've thought about it. I need an addy. . .

So Harvey, you have 2 choices here. 1 you can give up you're addy willingly or 2 You can make me work at it. . .

And this is no trade. This is a welcome to CBID, cause you look like you have the chance to stick around. (and its been a while since I properly weclomed a noob)
