RIP. You asked for forgiveness and it has been received. The Vatican is a sacred place and I'm sure the funeral will be beautiful.

Roy can't take communion though... unless they make an exception... I understand they do that sometimes.

Bernard Law. Certainly well known to residents of Greater Boston.

a few years ago I recommended the movie Spotlight which was the story of the Boston Globe special investigations reporters and how this unspeakable story unfolded.

As far as I'm concerned, this vile human was whisked away to the Vatican to protect him from his well earned punishment...this tells victims that their ordeal still has not been taken seriously.

Agreed on all accounts. And it was a good movie.

Not gonna defend what this man did by any means but he's got to answer to that.

One of my priests I grew up with when I was younger was abused when he went to seminary as a kid (in those days you could go in pretty young). He did everything he could to protect us kids. He had pretty bad bouts of anger from it and I remember quite a few panic attacks when I served for him but he would have laid his life down for us, probably still would. Him and his brother were instrumental in my faith development.

It's important to remember that know matter how shïtty you're treated or what someone says or does; you can't let that degrade or detract your level of faith.

It was the style at the time... That's why some kids wore onions on their belts.. the yellow ones, cause white ones were to hard to find.... Mellow

Oh and drafter you can butter your crackers before you take communion but you can't eat any until after you had your communion.

He was celebrated by the Pope and crew.

I like this pope but this was a mistake.

They opened the door for jubilee early in a break with tradition but couldn’t see fit to not celebrate this monster.

In my humble opinion one of THE biggest issues with our embracing homosexuality and transgenderism is it won't be long before the lines are out of focus and pedophilia will be acceptable as well. Mark my words.
