So he removed the ban....

Then he decided it's mean to kill elephants for trophies so he reinstated the ban....

Now he's removed the ban again... and is allowing trophies in on a "case by case" basis.

Who wants to bet his trophy hunting kid... or some friends of his... fit as "case by case" acceptable?

I believe for most animals if you are willing to pay some organization enough money they will let you shoot something.
