coin toss...not many left in the WH to restrain Trump's impulsiveness...he's defied "conventional wisdom" since he took office and hasn't lost his base... so he may believe he would survive that move.


He should wait until after the mid-term elections though, to see if he still has a GOP majority in the House and Senate watching his back...if he does, he's going all in...

if he jumps the gun and pulls the trigger before the elections, that would be political suicide for him and the GOP...
