I've got a pork loin roast in the freezer I need to cook... anyone got good suggestions?

I cooked a pork loin the other day in the sous vide. Charred it on the sear burner outside.... it was damn good.

swing by here later. lots of trees and limbs down around my back yard, not sure which I own and which belong to the town or Blue Hill Reservation, but one side of my fence needs replacing once the trees are removed.

and I am not the man for the cleanup job
