Roughly 3 weeks ago I decided it was to risky to be exposed to the general public daily. I was working for fun, something to do. I don't need the money.

It feels odd not to be working. Though there certainly is plenty to do every day. My stress has certainly went down. I was worried about catching and potentially infecting family members with COVID 19. I have no symptoms at this time.

What a wierd reason to retire. It is nice to have an open day to grill, run, work out, and such.

My 83-year old mother just stopped working part-time due to Fear of contracting CV from the general public.

It's a damn shame that you retired amidst all this COVID19 schitt, spey.
Once we get back to being a healthy nation, you're gonna have a ball.

Jespear, it was the impetus for me to retire. I am already having fun. On Saturday I started taking apart my 53 Skylark convertible. It's getting the complete frame off rebuild it deserves. When this does end we are planning some serious fun. But there is a lot of fun to be had in the meantime.
