Don't blame them... it's the company as a whole. The CS reps are obviously over-worked right now... it's incumbent upon the company to give them the tools they need or the help they need. SOMETHING.
The amount of complaints, the wait time on the phone, the ignored e-mails and messages... they're all effed up right now. The CS ladies are just dealing with the underlying issues causing all this BS.
