I have 4 hours on the phone wait time invested and nothing to show for it. I had 2 different reps say the problem would be corrected >>>> any suggestions on what to do next ??? I just now sent an email through customer service >> we'll see >>> not to happy at the moment for a problem that should take 1 minute to fix.horse

Ya know what I'd do? I'd report it to my CC company and have my money refunded.

CBid has been 100% effed up for quite some time, now. Too many people complaining and too many orders effed up.

#1 - file a dispute with the CC company
#2 - take your business elsewhere until they pull their heads out of their asses

Don't blame them... it's the company as a whole. The CS reps are obviously over-worked right now... it's incumbent upon the company to give them the tools they need or the help they need. SOMETHING.

The amount of complaints, the wait time on the phone, the ignored e-mails and messages... they're all effed up right now. The CS ladies are just dealing with the underlying issues causing all this BS.
