I tried the phone again this morning. I called. Was on hold while cutting the grass and watering pots and hanging baskets. I was about to hang up when Christine answered! I didn’t know what to say! First off some things I learned from Christine might help others. #1. After an order ships it will not be considered lost until the completion of the 8 th business day after it has shipped. So you might want to wait till the 8 days have gone by before contacting them for a resolution. #2. UPS won’t ship cigarillos! Any order with cigarillos is shifted to UPS mail innovations. Mail innovations has nothing but problems. Sometimes it never gets to USPS for delivery. #3. With the Covid19, their call and order volume has tripled! Additional staff had not been added. 20,000 orders shipping each day. If you are adding cigarillos to an order. You might want to do a separate order. This way your regular sticks are more likely shipped without incident. Christine was very nice and helpful. Sounds like they really have their hands full.

My delivered order yesterday had no cigarillos. Glad you were successful in getting the call through. Hope you understand why.us regulars get so annoyed with the complaints.

Thanks for the info. I'm sure other people should read your informative post. Maybe stop all the CS complaint threads we keep seeing.
Since we cannot help, they should stop posting.

Just thinking outside the box here.
