Brutal customer service

ordered cigars 7/21/20 received at least 4 email requests for age verification and responded to all, havent heard back or received cigars....called customer service 5 times and have been on hold over 30 each time without ever talking to anyone. sent numerous emails....no response....this is my first time dealing with cigarbid.com

Their age verification system runs on a 56k dial up modem. Whenever someone calls in, it drops the connection. Stop calling so your verification process can complete.

Seriously? You've had problems with receiving your shipment and customer service hasn't responded? I can't believe that this hasn't been mentioned here before. Thank you so much for bringing this to everyone's attention. There's no way we could have possibly known and all will now be sure to avoid issues in the future.

I mean, a quick look at the very page you decided to create your first post shows 11 different topics started by gentlemen such as yourself complaining to a bunch of guys on a forum about the hosts service. No one here can do anything about it. Customer service isn't monitoring the board. And anyone who is at all familiar with message boards understand how annoying repetitive posting on topics really is.

If you had taken just 2 seconds to click on one of the other threads you would have easily seen that not only would your concerns be addressed, you would likely be subjecting yourself to a myriad of smart azz posts.

So, please take your butt hurt and righteous self-indignation and complain about the people here somewhere else. We didn't ask for your input and quite frankly the little you have provided here today is a complete waste of my time.

Me, well I've not had any problems at all with CBID. Love them. and the Cigars are just icing on the chocolate cake they send me as being on the forums.

Cigars, no just a name someone thought of I guess. Never have received a bad shipment of sticks.

They are the greatest supplier I have.

I heard a rumor they ship in order of seniority on the site. Don’t know anything about that.

Hope you aren’t a newer person: 5 years or less on the site. You’ll have most of your order by Thanksgiving.
