why can't they call back

we work and even though there are only a few issues, I have been on hold 4 times over 30 minutes, 3 emails....nada
left all my contact information, frustrating and really bad customer service.

He can help out when I have had issues in the past he has always been able to help. Just PM him your order info andvthe issue and he should be able tobget it taken care of.
