Is there any such thing with this company. Won't answer phone or respond to request through their site. Anyone have an answer/suggestion on how to get through to them?

It should be obvious by now that posting here is not the answer.

Send a message to Celtic bomber, he may be able to help with. I know he was helping out at the beginning of the lockdown

MrCraps, with a name like that they are probably testing you to see how crappy you really are. Does the name reflect your personality?

Everyone knows the squeaky wheel get the grease but the pain in the arse continues to get the crappy end of the stick.

Sorry, got my name from my friends because I've played a lot of Craps in Vegas so they just started calling me Mr. Craps. Guess the same thing goes if you don't like your given name that your parents gave you. LOL

I don't want him to guess.........We were in the duck blind one morning and the ducks just would not cooperate. No amount of calling or decoy placement seemed to work. While out picking up dekes I let a rumbling fart in my waders and these greenheads just fell in around us.We all got a couple mallards before they hit the afterburners. While we were picking up the birds my buddy said "Ron don't need no duck call......he has whistlebritches".The name just stuck,my duck hunting compadres call me that to this day and that was 20 plus years ago.

I have the same question about customer service. I won a bid on Nov 12 and have yet to receive. Messaged customer service; no response.

Also won a bid on Nov 26 and my CC charged, but how do I find shipping info?

I'm new here and have yet to receive a shipment.

Not a great first impression huh? d'oh!

Before COVID, timely shipping as well as CS were stellar. My last order was in late May, haven’t seriously bid on anything since.

All these new covid smokers.... Listen, just because you might die doesn't mean you should start something that's going to kill you... that's just bad logic.
