All guns bought through a licensed firearms dealer require the buyer to pass the background check.....ALL!!! Guns bought from "private sellers" do not require the background process.Good luck imposing background checks on private sales

It’s not a lie here MACS. At the gun shows there are folks walking around selling their guns. No background check. I’d guess Texas is same. Cali is effed up.

Yes, you can. I have been to many a gun show right here in Tejas. Talked to the guys with the "private seller" signs. All you need is cashy money and your good to go.

In fact, many people put a paper sign on their chest "Selling AR15" and have it over their should as they walk around...

I even sniff that legislation I’m buying a bunch of guns before it passes and a cheap boat. Then all are likely to get lost in a storm. I’ll be lucky to get out with my life!

Good lord, register guns? Some might call it a NAZI idea, so why not just sell a gun to anyone who wants one. no matter what their background is. The good guys with a gun will take care of every problem. Better still, give everybody an AR15 or M-16. What could possibly go wrong?
