Biden just banned all Russian ammo imports.

All 7.62 ammo is now HTF and more than doubled in price, because it will immediately be impossible to feed any AK-AKAR variant.

Which war might that be?

The ammo shortage has several coinciding factors from what I read and ammo manufacturers will ramp up to fulfill demand. It's not about the government hoarding brass.

Perhaps stopping Russian ammo sales is just another way to hurt them economically?

creating American Jobs... can't import then it forces domestic manufacturing shouldn't we promote "Made in America" ? While he is at it he should ban the import of ALL American Flags or products with the flag on it. American Flag should only be made in America.

Hey potato Jr (#15) American production is maxed out and the availability of primers and other material is low. Russian ammo is steel cased (mostly) and was the only thing allowing many to still go shooting.
