I don't disagree with you, Bucky.

However, Memorial Day is for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Today is Veteran's Day.

Not only the service and the sacrices made. But also those who continue to be sacrificing long after they left the military.

One of my former bosses just had his fourth surgery. Each time, the cut out more of his stomach. Four ounces of food is the max it holds.

If this surgery doesn’t solve the issue, it is feeding tube time for the rest of his life. He just turned 50.
And many have it much worse.

Used to be vicious, got drafted but volunteered, learn to kill, for everybody's FREEDOM here, it's a lesson I didn't really like. someone had to do it. Living in the past, is like dead wight to me ( don't talk about it much) just walked away... sometimes it hurts real bad!!!
