6th Day Trying To Get Customer Service

OK this is day six. I have been on hold for exactly...101 minutes. Yesterday over 90 minutes. (2 calls had to take a crap) Been trying to reach someone since July 5th. When I called on July 5th the recording said that they were closed unexpectedly and would be back open soon. Every day I call I am put on hold indefinitely until I have to go do something, you know like live my life.
This is how I feel...horse

I have had the same issue. I keep getting emails that my payment needs to be changed. I updated it on my profile and sent emails, called and was on hold 3 hours and another for 2.5 and others for about an hour, I also have responded with the online customer service and nothing yet.

What do both of you expect to accomplish posting this here?

The onus is on YOU to establish communication with them.

I've dealt with them since 1999 and have NEVER had an issue that a simple phone call wouldn't fix.

Same here. Phone Hold is purgatory, have put in 3 CSRs with no response. There are no other contact methods or escalation avenues that I can find- other than this Forum. Who knows who is monitoring this?

I downloaded my order history for the past 24 months, and discover that I have spent over $1,300 with CigarBid in that time span. If there was other resource like CigarBid I would try giving them my business. I guess no other competition detracts from customer focus.

I don't know where I asked anyone for help especially someone as ignorant as you. You need to mind your own business and get a life.

I hope to let buyers beware of their crappy customer service. It should not take 7 business days to get through to any customer service. I am being overcharged for services and this is the second time this has happened. If you don't like that then as they say don't be a troll in the customer service area.

Just a point of clarification, this is the customer troll area. The customer service area is located in the third stall of the ladies room.

Also, buyers don't come here first looknig for your insight. They buy stuff that people on FB tell them is a smoking deal, and then, and only then, come here to complain about the customer service.

Buyers also come here looking for some other help because they can't get it via the owner's. I did as other suggested and kept hanging on and finally got through 6 days later.

But you are one of those cruel idiots who have no life and gets off on trolling good people, in cigar forums none the less.

Back a couple or three years ago some newb showed up with a problem. Several of us tried to actually help, yet this newb moron took exception to a couple of comments and wanted all 13 posters he named banned from the forum. Most of us are still here, the newb got banned, and now we don't give a crap about newb problems. I'm having a good day so I looked for a special number you could call for help - try calling 888-388-2683 and ask for Franklin.

The owner of CBid is named Dave and he loves taking care of the forum members when we occasionally have issues here. Call (214) 914-3337 Monday-Friday 9-4 Central and ask for Dave. Tell Dave you’re friends with jaderose from CBid and then tell him about the issue you’re having. He’ll get you squared away faster than Speyside2 can gobble a slice of Dave’s Killer Bread.
