Yes... I have been getting the same errors. I did the same thing, cleared cookies, restarted, etc... it worked briefly then went back to the same crap.

Using a chrome browser. Tried a different browser and it worked fine. But NO other website is giving me this issue, so it is definitely on CBid's end.

That said... who you gonna contact to report the issue? Customer Service? HA! LOL

It only works for me if I open chrome and go directly to cbid. If I check my email or go to fishing forums or any other site first... I get the too many redirects error.

If I navigate away and try to go back... nope. Gotta close chrome, open it back up, and go directly to cbid. It's annoying as f-ck.

Check out the Brave browser. They allegedly block more invasive bots than Duck Duck Go.

That's what I was thinking... they probably think we're bad influences on him.

Eh………banned?
I love Shana……….but she is too nice…….and too busy………...and only swings a toy hammer……..rarely.

I’ll admit I do miss La Princessa……………who swung her ban hammer like a boss……………even though I was on the receiving end a few times…

Not banned yet, but it's definitely at the level where the lefty forum admins are trying to discourage free speech.

I complained to Celtic via PM for letting Jones back in and all I got in response was some stupid form letter.

I´ve had the same problem all week. Too many redirects. Clearing cookies doesn´t help.

I notified the IT department when this thread started.

Honestly, with going through system upgrades in the warehouse; I don’t have a timeframe on when this will be fixed.

Apologies, fellas.

Yeah, I downloaded Firefox, and it's working. Looks like it's a CBid/Chrome issue.

When at home on the computer I use both. Mostly Firefox but sometimes my links to some school work chokes on Firefox but it works with Chome (shrug).

This site, never had an issue using Firefox.

Apology full accepted. It's that kind of honesty, transparency, and a genuine desire to solve problems is what the country/world needs.

I could be completely wrong here, but in the past when I have had redirect errors on pages, it has to do with a faulty ad on the page. Some browsers handle them differently and if you use an ad-blocker like AdBlock as a plugin, it likely would alleviate the issue. I run AdBlock in Chrome on CBid and the forum, and have not had any access issues, although I am a single data point.

Good point, same here running Safari with, Unicorn add blocker, goofy name, but it works very well on YouTube.

Yeah, I run Adblocker too on both Chrome and Firefox browsers. I haven't had any issues so maybe it's a popup add issue and the browser that the user uses.

It might also explain why some of my school links work with Chrome and they choke on Firefox. The links send me to the school's digital library in a different window. Might be a combo of the new window pop up, Adblocker and authentication access hand-off with my username/password (shrug).

There are pages I have had to turn off the add blocker/popup settings. Proxibid.com and auction site has a popup login dialog as does our financial site.

This page isn’t working
www.cigarbid.com redirected you too many times.
