I think you're role would be that of a distribution node. Information only travels one way through you where all incoming packets are firewalled off.

Wonder how many forums you are on spreading your horse sh*t.

EDIT: Why is the affidavit taking so long? That's the "day 13" comment.

Because the absolute legal norm is to protect informants and evidence, as well as the investigative process- unless/until someone is actually charged. Then, for sure the affidavit(s) is/are freely released to the defense, who can publish it/them. Otherwise it requires both parties to agree to release the affidavit early and that is optional. No one has been charged. And, on top of it all. Trump failed to even have his lawyers appear at the hearing to argue in support of release of the affidavit early.

Since he is an ex-president and there are political implications, you just have to accept that 13 days is an unreasonable expectation of the legal system. Giving the prosecution one-week to propose redactions is reasonable under the circumstances.

This comes from a former prosecutor.

All I know is the average time for the Department of Justice to release affidavits that led to search warrants for ongoing high profile investigations must be less than 13 days and I understand why tailgater is outraged. Sure it has nothing to do with being a politically biased hack.

It’s also very common for them to release the warrant itself as quickly as they did because well because.

Bgz, looks like you have some contestants for the OP.

Qualification number one is arguing that Trump being accused of any wrongdoing at any level is political.

You really have to love Trump cox to stick with that lien after all that has happened.

The manner in which the feds stormed his residence is 100% political.

Let me write this slowly: if Trump broke laws, then the penalty should be doled out. Like with the Hill dog...

Yea they showed up without weapons, decrepitly in street clothes, with advanced notice at a non busy time. No one would have known if trump didn’t announce it.

Stormed in a bad manner. Good one.

What gets me is these guys don't even care why he had those documents scattered all over his property...

Doesn't even concern them.

Lefty evil, trump is a poor victim...

That's the narrative... sticking with it, like the non-sentient bio robots they are.

Trump was told they were coming and had his lawyer there.

But I think you mean that executing a search warrant on Trump is “political” because he is a political figure. So if Nixon’s home were searched - with a warrant - that too would be 100% political. So, by that measure, going after Hunter Bidens’ laptop would be 99% political, cause of his dad and all…..

From that conservative right wing rag the Boston Globe:
U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart said that under the law, it is the government’s burden to show why a redacted version should not be released and prosecutors’ arguments Thursday failed to persuade him.

And the justice department is fighting it.
It will be interesting to see if that one week deadline holds.

But none of this is my point.
I was talking about the manner in which they exercised the warrant.
Over a "possible" mishandling of Presidential documents.

It will be interesting to see if Trump releases the security videos.

It all feels like a witch hunt. And if history tells us anything, when you're looking for one, you'll almost always find one. Real or otherwise.

You can create a lot from nothing. *golf clap*

You or I would have been treated much worse. There isn’t a defense attorney in the country that doesn’t wish their client would get the deference and treatment Trump has gotten. He’s been treated with kids gloves because of the way they knew him and his supporters would act. And they are not wrong.

Newsflash. They know more than you and they are not making the assumptions you are. You just might be biased.

Just seeing how the deranged trump supporters and supporters of trump's deranged rhetoric are doing today.

Papa Smurf seems to be done stirring up the DTS minds this morning (deranged trump supporters)... So I figured it was a good time to see how you... the DTS are doing?

For the boomers among us, the term "smurf account" is used for alt accounts, usually where high skilled players use them to attack lower skilled, slower... weaker opponents... thus Papa Smurf (That needed explanation, none of you would have got that without it). That and he kinda looks like Papa Smurf.
