Man this train derailment and mis handling is going to have a bigger impact then the Camp Leguen Claims... everybody and their mothers are going to be climbing on that "Long Black Train" for compensation!!!
I'd hate to be the worker who signed off on those Hazards Plaquards!!!

As someone in this group who’s actually worked in Hazmat cleanup I will say this is mismanaged beyond belief. Reminds me of my first “safety officer” I made our project manager fire.

Also really surprised these chemicals were rail transported together. Not that they combine into anything but with what all of them can do and how hard they are to isolate for clean up.

Like I said before, this will be leveraged for spending, so maximizing the damage is important. So a few lower level employees will get punished. Good thing Mayor Mommy is on the case, he is so qualified and capable!

Those who are truly hurt or have suffered damages will try to recoup compensation just like you and I would. If you are suggesting there will be fraud- yes there will be inevitably. But it's the at-fault's problem not those innocently exposed to this.
