Anyone try these yet?
I like Connecticut broadleaf as a wrapper..
I like Maduros…
The Page has a decent price on them currently…

Still have space issues or I might have “taken one for the team”….but…

Apparently a special run, sort of like the Monticello which is a special run Oliva makes for the MB3 place.
I like the Monticello…

I'm also reluctant. Didn't think the Monticello was as good as it sounded. and I wasn't alone.

I picked up the 10 stick flight sampler to try, for $50 why not.
My gut tells me these will end up a lower tier though, kind of inline with Saison

But, but... The description says they are amazing and totally unique!

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on them.

the price point for the Black Swan is WAY LESS than the Monticello was. Don't expect it to match the quality. However, if it's any thing like the the Saison Maduro than it's just generic crap.

Well my intention was to let these rest a bit before trying but the trigger finger got itchy so I broke out the #4(corona) tonight. Excellent stick, expected stronger, but it's surprisingly mellow. Flavor profiles have always been tough for me to figure out for the most part, but I do get a some coffee and chocolate. The retro has a touch of spice. Not Melanio Maduro lvls here, but light years better then saison and most of the letters.

For the prices currently on the other "page" well worth adding to your collection. I look forward to trying the larger guages.

Really??!!
Man, I would be heavily bummed out if Oliva resorted to that.
I have never heard of any Oliva line having died, oops, I meant to say DYED wrappers.

(Our resident Hawaiian has properly scolded me, since Frankie has been sleeping at the wheel……..for a while now)

I enjoyed the Black Swan. Olivas are hit and miss for me ( I may be the only person on the planet not in love with the V Melanio, it’s a great cigar but not my favorite) but this was very nice
