DED and SOB - Cigar Band Removal Ratings Need to Be Standardized

And foo tbands can never score more than 3/10, and then only if very easily removed because foot bands are stink.

Not going to lie, I have started to just smoke down to the band and then slide it over the foot of the cigar while the cigar is lit. I hate trying to peel the problem ones off.

Right, that's why footbands stink. You can't smoke for a while and let the heat loosen the glue. You have to get it off before it's been properly warmed up and prepared. And things tear.

I’m just the opposite.

When I first started smoking cigars on a regular basis, I used to slide them off. But when Delta put out a call for cigar bands in 2019, I switched to peeling them. Even though Al’s son no longer needs them, I still peel and rarely ever slide them anymore.

As a freedom loving cigar smoker I have no desire to standardize anything and I certainly would never think of killing my wife .....
