That is a bummer.

Call the number and wait for a long time if necessary. It may be necessary. It is often necessary. Someone will eventually help you.

Have not, DON'T PANIC! Cbid will make good on your purchase. As LeeBott stated they are very delayed on replies, as many have posted here. Hopefully Shana views your post and will resolve this issue. Hang in and good luck.ram27bat

It might actually work better in that condition. Another thought, you could always duct tape to it, again, it may actually work better.
Or, as stated above, pick up phone, wait and unreasonable amount of time and the nice lady will take care of your problem.

If you call right when they open the wait is much, much quicker.

A good cooler setup will be cheaper, and perform better, than any humi sold here.

Thanks for your advice, I had never thought to call them... sheesh..... I called also several times guys.... I'm only slightly retarded.

They did eventually ship me a new humidor which was also damaged. just not as badly. I will make due with it for now.

This sure as hel* doesn't make things right. You are giving up to dam easy and letting them off the hook for their mistake!~

Contact them and tell them make it right or issue a full refund.

An old dropped off that back of a flatbed dirt road flyer cooler too. You're used to it already. Let your "sticks" rattle around in it.

Platinum means NEVER having to settle, and never gonna.
