Since none of you libs brought it up.

It's about damn time the equal protection clause finally means something. The merit system works.........it breeds what us conservatives call competiveness.

As someone who identifies as an albino mulatto, I couldn’t disagree more.
I’ve been enjoying the preferential treatment.

Affirmative action is an act of racial discrimination to combat the disgusting act of racial discrimination.
Racial discriminators need to be eliminated…

Nothing like the Obama’s rage-tweeting about oppression from the luxurious yacht in the Mediterranean. Nice to see the Obamas could scrape up enough cash to spend a part of their summer vacation on the islands of Paros and Antiparos with Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson.

The 14th amendment specifically protects everyone from discrimination. I think the ruling is correct. But then again I am a moderate so what do I know? Race should never be the determining factor in everything. There is only one race, the human race. Of course PETA would disagree with me.

Ketanji, she's no smart one, after all she was picked by the Biden regime.

Ketanji Brown Jackson made 'mathematically absurd claim' on Black newborns: WSJ op-ed

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson argued affirmative action 'saves lives'

Quote:
Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson made a "mathematically absurd claim" about Black newborns in her dissenting opinion in the affirmative action decision, attorney Ted Frank wrote in a Wednesday Wall Street Journal op-ed.

Jackson argued in her dissent that diversity "saves lives" and that it was essential for "marginalized communities."

"It saves lives. For marginalized communities in North Carolina, it is critically important that UNC and other area institutions produce highly educated professionals of color. Research shows that Black physicians are more likely to accurately assess Black patients’ pain tolerance and treat them accordingly (including, for example, prescribing them appropriate amounts of pain medication). For high-risk Black newborns, having a Black physician more than doubles the likelihood that the baby will live, and not die," she wrote.

Frank responded to the argument in his Journal opinion piece: "A moment’s thought should be enough to realize that this claim is wildly implausible. Imagine if 40% of black newborns died—thousands of dead infants every week. But even so, that’s a 60% survival rate, which is mathematically impossible to double. And the actual survival rate is over 99%."

Only two groups were upset by the decision. White supremacists and democrats, they both believe minorities cannot accomplish anything without assistance.

Then why would “white supremacists” be upset by the decision to reverse AA?

Because they would have to face the fact that they are not a supreme race, that minorities are equal and perfectly capable of accomplishment without any special assistance.

F*** any supremacists and nationalists. Give em Mississippi as their own country. It's a drain on every other states money. Then close those borders also.

For every $1 of federal tax money puts in they get back $2.53. That is my only reason. They drain federal tax money. That the federal government needs to be downsized 75% and only do what they have the constitutional right to do is another discussion.

You want the federal government to do only what the constitution allows? But that would mean an end to "Bidenomics" Anxious
