I've been a customer for about two years, purchasing between $200 to $400 worth of cigars per month, without incident. My last order arrived, but was the wrong cigars. I contacted customer service to return that order which the service rep attempted to persuade me into keeping the wrong cigars. It was no, I. Just wanted my usual cigs. I di receive the return authorization and shipped those cigars back. When I received credit for those cigars, I was charged a shipping fee for the mistake they made. Who does business that way, charging me for their mistake. So long cigar bid!

So you’ve been buying here for two years have have spent around $7,200 doing so. You get charged a shipping charge, even though they refunded your order. So now you’re ready to stop buying here for that reason. Did you reach out and ask them to also refund that before your hissy fit?

I’m throwing the bullchit flag on this. Try again. Maybe you can come up with a better rant.

I love how the complainers always tell us how much money they spend, like that certain dollar figure entities them to some elevated level of customer service...

Should a first time customer not get the same level of service you are entitled to?
