Two cases involve not wearing a mask, never mind the mask controversy, they are both involve private property/businesses.

I always get a kick out of the asspipes that get mad when you fish around their dock... from a boat.

You may own the dock, but it's a PUBLIC frickin' waterway... so pour yourself a cup of STFU.

And... you absolutely do NOT have to speak with the cops. You do not have to tell them your name, unless you are suspected of committing a crime and they have detained you. They need to tell you what crime you are suspected of and that you are being detained for that purpose until they can complete a preliminary investigation.

If you are pulled over for a traffic infraction, you absolutely have to provide a license, registration and proof of auto insurance.
