Mike Lindell the reformed crack addict had his cell phone confiscated by the FBI WHILST HE WAS LAYING DOWN AFTER DUCK HUNTING...in a HARDEES DRIVE THRU LINE MONTHS AGO and still hasn't gotten it back yet....

He is in the 8th circuit federal court appealing it's abduction and claiming it violated his constitutional rights....

The judge told him to pound sand and to go make more pillows that nobody wants ..

The phone was seized in connection with an investigation into a breach of Colorado voting systems after the 2020 election. Too bad they had a warrant, which they gave to him. Slapped down by a Trump appointed federal judge too. Boo-Hoo!

"breach of Colorado voting systems after the 2020 election" my azz. One excuse is as good as another when it comes to gubmint. The only thing they are good at is justifying their stealing' and killing.
