Here's a great case to follow into the Challenge upon the Constitution Itself!!!

14th Amendment is still on the books and is still viable or would the First Amendment Override? I see this case headed straight up to the Supreme Courts!!! then comes the matter of States Rights as well in this situation... It's going to be interesting to follow!!!

I'm really tiring of the stupidity of the insurrection charge against Trump based on the 14th Amendment. The 14th doesn't define what exactly "insurrection" is, but that was part of the 19th Century radical Republican plan to block former members of the Confederates States from regaining political power. So, they could define "insurrection" to mean anything they wanted.
The very idea that the Confederate States of America committed an insurrection by choosing pollical self-determination and voting to secede from the Union was a complete fabrication of LYIN' LEFTY LINCOLN.

Looks as though this Judge ruled by passing the buck up to the higher courts but added the knife in closing...

You've got to love the legal weaseling. Da judge's opinion is that Trump did in fact “engage in an insurrection” which would disqualify anyone from running for any office, but she couldn't do it because he is running for president. Huh
I would interpret that to mean that the charge really falls flat on its face no matter what her personal feelings are.
