I read about that. Do you think it's because of the massive flooding in the Ohio Valley or something done on purpose?

It was the Ohio River but it occurred in Pittsburgh.
26 barges loose, they closed several bridges.
One barge is still missing.

I think this is a real classic accident like Rammie always says...

High water...faulty chaining or metal cords just busted...
Water moving as a mass has very powerful destructive possibilities...
