I truly feel sad for him.
He is a pathetic soul who honestly wants to "do good" but has no clue. He isn't even able to ACT like he's comfortable doing what he's doing. The few video clips I've seen show him to be in over his head.
He simply doesn't get it.

I think we should improve on Iraq's Artistic community by sending the Baldwins, Babs, Robert Altman, Sean Penn (he is already there), Jessica Lange, George Clooney, Julia "The Mouth" Roberts, and Matt Damon to Badghad to live and pursue their dreams of "World Peace" and freedom! They would find out how "free" they would not be under Sadam!
