tomorrow toby and i go to the wholesale house that has merchandise from china. no cigars or anything connected with cigars. they have so many things that are so cheap, i buy them even if i don't need them. i bought ross a set of 8 fostners bits in a wooden box for $8.00. woodworkers will know what i mean. hummingbird, with flapping wings, wind chimes for $3.00. bird statues for $2.00 and an eagle made with fiber optics that glows in different colors for $10.00.

this place goes through 5 containers a day. amazing how the chinese can sell the throw away lighters for 6 cents to a wholesaler in usa who sells them for 10 cents to 7/11 who sells them for $1.00 and everyone is making money on the transaction.

after 3 or 4 hours of that it's off to gelson's for groceries. i will shop with toby for an hour or so and then go outside and have my cigar and cuppaccino
while she finishes shopping.

does anyone like shopping more then i do?

Rick, please pick me up a weeping Virgin Mary. I'm gonna put it in my yard and charge admission.

Sure, toy shopping is great. And toys can be anything from hunting boots to hi-fi's. Shopping with women for women is right up there with a visit to the urologist at a teaching hospital.

THL

you stopped me for a minute because i wouldn't mind watching a training sesion for a woman urologist, but then i remembered by proctologist's warning, "you should only feel one of my hands on your shoulder."
